What is sinus..

The sinuses are holes in the skull between the facial bones. There are four large sinuses: two inside the cheekbones (the maxillary sinuses) and two above the eyes (the frontal sinuses). There are also smaller sinuses (ethmoidal and sphenoidal sinuses) located between the larger ones. The sinuses are lined with membranes that secrete antibody-containing mucus, which protects the respiratory passages from the onslaught of irritants in the air we breathe.

Definition of Sinusitis

Starting from now on I will use term sinusitis to replace resdung which is in malay.

Sinusitis is an inflammation of the nasal sinuses. It is usually caused by infection (bacterial or viral), but can also be caused by allergic reactions or other responses to environmental agents.

So you will hear terms like rhinitis, rhinosinusitis, rhinopharyngitis etc. Most of the time it will start with rhinitis - you sneezing, nose itchy, nasal dripping, nose block and the later on will involve your sinususes then you will start complain of headache, facial pain. When your sinus involved, this where we call it as sinusitis or resdung.

Resdung...is there a cure

Whenever I tell you a cure really works, you can take it to the bank. Because I’m not about to promise you that something works unless I have firsthand evidence of it. And I will never tell you that a treatment works unless I have verified it beforehand. That’s why I call this blog pulih resdung. I’m reporting on cures that really work, not just something I read about. And that’s why I am so happy to tell you about a revolutionary new treatment method that I discovered
only 15 months ago.
